NOTES:
1. Staff holding staff smartcards should come to Flora Ho Sports Centre to have their staff cards encoded to gain access rights to the sports centres while members of all other categories (including Staff Family Member(s), HKU Alumni and their Family Member(s)) are issued with Facility Access Cards (FAC) to get access to sports centres.
2. Family members of Honorary/Part-time Employees and HKUSU Employees are not eligible for family membership.
3. The membership year of HKU staff starts in every November. (Only applicable to staff whose membership fees are paid through salary deduction.)
4. Alumni applicants who apply for the sports membership within the first two years after they have obtained the first Bachelor's degree awarded from The University of Hong Kong are eligible for fee reduction. The membership fee for the first and second year is $165, $500 respectively. Thereafter, the membership fee is $1,625 per year. The fees are subject to annual review.

The following membership services are only available during the opening hours* of the IHP’s General Office (Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 12:30, 14:00 – 17:45; Sat: 09:00 – 12:30; Closed on Sundays and Public/University’s holidays)
- Membership encoding of staff cards / FACs
- Issuance of new FACs

6. Applicants for sports membership are required to pay $35 for a FAC. The fee of a replacement sports membership FAC/Laminated Sports Card is $100.
7. Application forms for sports membership are available from the reception counter at Flora Ho Sports Centre, 111-113 Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong, or can be downloaded from http://www.hku.hk/ihp/membershipforms.html. Detailed application details are stated in the application form.
