Congregation

The University’s Congregation is one of the most important events in the HKU calendar and a once-in-a-lifetime event for graduates.  It is the annual ceremony held by the University to officially confer the respective degrees on students who are eligible for graduation.

Bulk emails notifying arrangements of the Congregation

Notices on the coming Congregation, including when and how to register to attend, schedule of loan of academic dress,  certificate collection etc, will be sent via bulk emails to the Class of 2012 whose HKU Portal email accounts will be automatically transferred to a Graduate email server provided by the Computer Centre email services in July/August this year. Please make sure to check your HKU emails regularly for obtaining these very important information about your graduation.

To login after your HKU Portal access is terminated, please go to http://webmail.hku.hk/horde/imp/login.php, enter your usual login name and password, then click on the  "GRADUATE.HKU.HK" button to access mails sent from the University.
