welcome
The HKU Cognitive Science Centre was set up in 1994. A main aim of the centre is to facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration, to bring together researchers within the University who are working on projects related to cognitive science.
Many members of the Centre are actively involved in the Bachelor's degree programme in Cognitive Science, which started in 1995. The programme is designed not just to provide students with a sound foundation of the subject. It also aims to equip them with the necessary scientific and personal skills to enter into research, education, business, as well as technology and IT-related areas in the new knowledge economy.
